The experience was mixed. The sales representative was very helpful and pleasant. However the the wrong number plate was put on the vehicle which was discovered later.. The dealer rectified this promptly but I had to change my plans that week.

Underbody cover left off, I found it had not been replaced and had to go back to get it sorted. My issue is that it should have NEVER had been an issue when service at a dealer let alone a BMW dealer. I dont know why I pay a premium at a BMW dealer.

Car under warranty and been making a noise (clear issue). Was charged a labour fee when it was obvious no clear inspection was carried out or even test drove!! Only visual inspection, poor.

Booking in was easy, took a while to find my booking on the day. Service was done okay. Requested car to be cleaned and it wasn't, also requested quote for service plan monthly payments and haven't received the email.

Car went in because it was dropping telephone call when the radio took over and then moving the idrive button the call would sometimes reconnect. They updated idrive but the issue still remains which is very frustrating.

completely satisfied with everything but would have been a 5 star but the person who washed and hoovered the car didn't hoover the boot ...this has happened a few times now. Not sure why as the boot is part of the car...this is the one little thing.
