There was an issue after the car was given a basic service meaning I had to return on the Saturday, was treated like an inconvenience and fed a lot of false information.

I had to chase for updates on delivery. Ferdi always responded promptly but his manager did not. Ferdi was on leave and handed the delivery to his manager who did not keep me informed. I had to push for information until Kate was assigned.
