It was a seamless process with Ferdi

I had to chase for updates on delivery. Ferdi always responded promptly but his manager did not. Ferdi was on leave and handed the delivery to his manager who did not keep me informed. I had to push for information until Kate was assigned.

I didn't receive a call to say the car was ready to collect. I was charged £30 for a courtesy car when the fault is with a brand new car. The fault was not fixed as they said they could not find it. Fault occured again on the drive home from garage,
