Paul Harris deserves to be given a M3 Comp. For his dedication to BMW. I was worried to get such a powerful car but Paul talked me through every stage, there was no pressure from him but he made me realise that I was a good match for this car.

Delay when collecting my car as it hadn't been washed, then they washed the wrong car, however the service representative was extremely apologetic and did his best to expedite the process.

I asked for my car to be ready asap. By lunchtime I had to do the chasing for an update. The person I dealt with wasn't available so I was promised a message would be left requesting a call back straight away. 2 hours later it was me chasing again!

MOT was ok although tyre tread depth recorded was the min rather then the average middle 2/3 of the tyre. Very disappointed as the car arrived fully detailed with a clear request for it not to be cleaned, which was not followed causing swirl marks

The service experience was made exceptionally great because of Andre Michaels-Carter customer engagement with me, keeping me up to date on my vehicle and being human about what needed to be carried out. He has great people skills and has banter.
