The experience was very good overall with courteous and attentive service from Les Asibour-Nortey. However, my visit to the showroom was a little disappointing, especially as a long-standing customer. This was rectified after I emailed later that day

Lady on the service desk was brilliant, however was told I would be called once the car was ready, however just after 12pm, I had to call myself, and find out the news. There was also brake fluid all over my calipers & wheels

Happy with test drive, extending it to allow me to explore some more of the features i was interested in. Committed to fixing all bodywork scratches from previous owner.

Service carried out & video helpful but coolant level not checked/leak not picked up. Expansion tank completely empty. Incorrect mileage noted affecting service interval & reflecting negatively on owner. Sale of car fell through.
