The run up to this service was quite traumatic I was contacted on Thursday lunch time and was told my part was not in and was on back order this part should have been ordered on the 16th April which was a month earlier but on the service it was in.

The experience was exceptional at Marshall's BMW in Hook. The staff were so attentive and offered us refreshments. It was a fantastic experience and one I would happily do again!
