The process was more transactional. We did not experience the wow factor while picking up our new car. Bought a BMW from Styner 10 years ago and they made me feel so special had a bouquet of flowers for my wife we had champagne had bow on the car..

The person we saw was really helpful & friendly. As soon as she saw the document regarding our visit she new immediately that you wouldn't be able to do the job as you didn't have the parts, would have been better that this was picked up beforehand.

I asked for a complete (early) service in advance of a long trip abroad. After collection my car is still informing me I need the service, & additionally that the plugs need changing. Two calls to the service dept. Despite promising, no call back : (

Left waiting to check in, several people walked past me. The receptionist was on a phone-call but did eventually help, and was extremely friendly - 10/10. The service guy shouted my name from his desk (rude) and wasn't overly friendly.

Really poor customer service. Arranged to drop car off had to leave key with receptionist as waiting too long. I got no call of email to advise if car was ready, had to call to check. When collected car I didn't get itemized bill, just asked to pay

From the lady who first answered the phone to Rob on the service desk everyone was courteous, professional and helpful. The speed with which the issue with my vehicle was resolved was very impressive.
